Annoying Vertical Scar Stabbing Pain

I am suffering from stabbing pain at the top of the scar under the sternum. This pain wakes me at night but today when holding a friend's 18 month old I had horrific pains.
I am still waiting on a rescheduled date for Breast Lift and scars revision.

 Im only like 10 days out....but my arms get those sharp shooting pains. My understanding is its the nerves reconnecting since they get cut during surgery.

My TT was 8/08/11 but as I wrote, I am waiting for a new date for my boobs and revision.
These pains I think are to do not only with surgery healing but that my scars are keloid and hypertrophic -wide raised and puffy which impart of the reason for their revision.

I'm hoping sone/all pain issues will be resolved when I have my upcoming Plastics....
