Had arm lift done and breast lift with flap mastopexy(transferring tissue from my underarms into my breast
Has anyone else had this done? Im in an incredible amount of pain, mostly in arms and armpits. Pain pills every 4 hours just barely helps.please any advice on how to deal with this will help. I feel like a robot bc I can't move my arms good

Just keep them wrapped tight (mine were wrapped to my fingertips to prevent swelling) and elevate them. You'll feel better soon, I promise!!

I'm so sorry that you're in so much pain.  After my arm and brest lift, I wore a compression garment from designveronique .com.  It was incredibly uncomfortable, but it did help control the swelling.  I didn't have the flap in my breasts, but I did have it in my butt and I know how uncomfortable it can be.   Keep in your compression and stay on top of the pain meds.  Make sure to get in lots of extra protein for healing and keep yourself well hydrated.  I promise it gets better.  When do you see your surgeon again?

I see him again Thursday, a week from
Today. I stayed in hospital 2 nights so I wouldn't have to make a trip
To office for drain removal. I had 4. I will be switching to an all in one type vest w sleeves Friday. Right now I have a vest for my chest and stocking type for my arms. It's so uncomfortable to even put my arms down by my side

I haven't had my arms done but you should call your PS to see if that much pain is normal. Maybe they will tell you to take more pain meds or prescribe something stronger. I hope the terrible pain goes away soon! That sounds awful :(!
