My TT experience- Scary but I am home!
So, Firday the 11th, I went in to have my TT done- doc was running a bit behind so I didnt get in there until about930 pm- and this is where it gets scary...
After surgery, my oxygen levels dropped to 30%, and I was so out of it, they sent me to ICU- I havwe all these sctraches on my chest, arms and legs- I have 3 days where I do not remember anything- they told me I was ppullig my oxygen out, trying to claw at everyone around me and felt it was best to send me to ICU-I was at deaths door
So I wake yp Sunday night to the ICU nurses telling me Happy mothers day- I was so shocked and conffused, until they filled me in on what happened the previos days- Hubby was freaking out as he was at home with the kids-they kept him in the loop thank goodness as I was out of it
So I have been in ICU from Mothers day until yesterday, the 16th-I was finally getting enough oxygen that I was able to be moved to a regular room and then discharged today
Boy, I didnt expect all of that to happen! But I am really in love with my new flat tummy- even though I hate these drains and stiches!!
Its hard to move around and today I was able to take a shower wheil at home- that felt AMAZING!
Pain is tolerable- Im going to take a muscle relaxer for all of the tightness in my mid section
So there it is- I just hope it gets better with me mobing around and such- I am just so tired!!
