So I have a date for my surgery. I'm gonna have my breast lifted (no augmentation) and a upper body lift. I wanted to start getting things together so that I'm ready to recover at home. Can you guys give me some advice on some of the things I need to have handy when I come from having the surgery? I don't have any help at home during my recovery time, and I want to be as prepared as much as possible.

Water bottle, baby wipes, pain meds, remotes.
Up your protein, rest.
Good luck on your journey and wow on your weight-loss success.

I don't have any experience how upper body lift feels. But I would just suggest making sure your house is in order. I kept a glass, plate, bowl ect all counter level so I wouldn't have to reach to higher shelves for a while. Have your shopping done. Yogurt, protein drinks, easy meals you could just warm up. I usually say a recliner, but since your not doing a tummy tuck I'm not sure it's necessary. Maybe just extra pillows to keep you elevated. You will do great. Congrats.
