Thank you Dee!  I'm such a fan of his.  The best part is that his prices are so reasonable that it makes it possible for so many of us!

The price is amazing! But for me the best part is the way he goes out if his way to make sure we are safe and cared for.

I am two months post-op today from my LBL.  Like you, i weighed cost versus vanity.  What i really, really wanted was all the excess skin around my midsection gone.  Each of the surgeons i consulted with told me that i would not be happy with "only" a tummy tuck.  The cost was not considerably higher for the LBL, and ultimately that is what i went with.  I love it!

I'm considering having the thigh lift, as the LBL only lifts the outer thigh.  My backside and the sides of my legs look so much better now, it seems like a no-brainer to do the inner leg.  But it will have to wait until i've put aside the pennies once again.

It's possible that working out will fill out some of the loose skin on your butt and thighs, but it may not.  Ultimately, you need to do what makes you feel better - and if getting rid of the skin does that, then do that, and to heck with the rest!

My vote is for the lbl.  It does wonders for the butt.  Nothing wrong with a nice looking butt.

Ok, I will add my 2 cents. I would do an extended tummy tuck and go to school. I personally don't think your thighs look bad at all. In time you may also lose more, tighten up, have things redistribute etc. By then you will be a pharmacist who can do additional surgery if you want to. Good luck whatever you choose. I'm doing extended tummy tuck on the 23rd, and who knows maybe some day I will do the rest of the way around, but not now.

I would do the LBL. I first was going to do a tt and then later go back to do a butt and thigh lift. After several consults, it was clear that I would end up spending more money by separating the procedures.  Maybe get a few more consults? I found a doc that has an entire team of docs under him to help with the pre and post appts, he's able to perform more surgeries which keep his fees affordable.

Hi, I'm am still undecided. This is a tough decision. What is the difference in price between the tt now from Florida and the lbl later in Mexico? I would really like you to get the lbl now(hopefully your looking at Dr Sauceda) and stay continue your schooling. I'm not sure that was one if the options:) BTW from a girls perceptive your thighs are fine.

If you're looking for honest feedback on your pictures, I think your thighs are fine, but you might want the LBL for your butt.

Do what you can afford to do, but keep in mind that if you have the TT only, and then decide to go back for the rear portion, it iwill ultimately cost more than if you got it done in one procedure.

I just went through this same process.  I'm having a LBL on November 9th.  I have worked out for 4 years now-and I want to see the results-but I can't because of the extra skin.  I'm also an "all or nothing" girl, and I figure if I only do the front, I'll always wonder how much better the backside could've looked......so I'm going all the way.

This will be the only plastics I have done, so I want to get a good result.

Best wishes as you make the decision.

My experience with Dr Sauceda when I first met him, was a LBL, BL, arms if I wanted and groin thigh lift.  He also told me that I needed an UBL, I told him I can't see my back, lets not do it.  Then we went on to my neck, eyelids & face.  8 months out from all the body work, the back skin was driving me crazy.  So, now I'll be going back to Monterrey next Jan for an UBL.  I don't like how the cute little tops fit now.  I know for a guy, that may not apply.

I needed the LBL to pull up my sagging butt and the outside of my thighs.  I now have a rounded butt due to the augmentation and I'm really glad that I went with Dr Sauceda's assesment.  The great thing about Dr S is that, if he feels you wouldn't get much out of the LBL, he'd recommend only doing the TT or extended TT.

I can't see your pics until tonight, but chances are, if you don't do the back side, you may not be happy.  Speaking from experience.
