I had a LBL and medial thigh lift - but not at the same time.

For me, round 1 was
LBL
Breast Lift and aug
Arm Lift

Round 2
Medial thigh lift

Both recoveries werent fun, but with the proper help and home and pain meds I got through it just fine.  I bounced back much sooner than I thought I would, both times.  You can do it.

I also have pictures on my profile, including the thigh lift scar, if anyone wants to see.

Thanks for sharing your photos- you look amazing!!! When you had the thigh lift, what did you find the most comfortable position for sitting or sleeping? My bedroom is on the second floor and I'm wondering if I should camp out downstairs for a few days.

My bedroom is also on the second floor. I found it most comfortable to sleep either on a recliner or on the sofa for the first 3-5 nights.  Laying down was fine, but any sitting position puts strain on your incisions.

The best thing that I did was buy something called a Freshette.  You will find that either a toilet seat riser, or a device like a Freshette, will make going to the bathroom much easier.  The squatting position will be the hardest thing to do with the thigh lift.

The Freshette lets you pee standing up, I bought mine on Amazon.com

Thanks for the compliment, too!

Who did your surgeries? Do you have more pictures like before and after? Your scars look great!

 Thanks
My plastics were done by Dr Joseph Capella in Ramsey, NJ.  He specializes in massive weight loss patients.  I am thrilled with the care I got from him, and my results.

I do have some more pictures, but not on the computer I'm using today.  I'l try to post later or tomorrow, and will let you know.
