Having arms done while overweight?
Hi there. Good for you with the gym and all. I would not only wait until you are at goal but when you are maintaining your goal. Sometimes you might be surprised how small your body wants to get. I went from 300 to 150 then to 175(for the last 4 years). I was too small at 150 and looked aweful, I am 5'10" and was in a size 4...looked like a coat rack. Now that I am at 175, I am happy with the rest of me but not my tummy(which was bigget than the rest of me even in a size 4). So, I am going in for a tummy tuck on June 12th. I would like to lose 10 pounds before hand because my doctor will not do lipo at the same time because of circulation issues and I really want a small tummy. However, I will be fine if I don't, I stopped smoking 4 weeks ago so the weight natually comes on because nicotene is a fat and appetite suppressor.

I have bat wings too but I just don't bother hiding them. As long as I don't put my arms up in the air a lot they aren't too bad. I'm working hard to reach goal so I can do the things that are more weight sensitive like arms/neck, etc. You are only 6 or so months out and have lost tons! Just wait a little longer and you'll probably be at goal and ready to go!

children are still in therapy after seeing mine! I used to swim laps. my bat wings would hit me in the face! It would have been comical IF it had been in a SNL skit!
