I am having a LBL with lipo on 5/15 and it will be done outpatient. The surgeon is the #1 ps in my area for post weight loss and has done the procedure outpatient numerous times. He sends you home with a pain pump. I had several consults and none of the other ps would do a complete LBL in one surgery, they wanted to do it in 2 stages then do a 3rd stage for my arms / BL. My current surgeon will be doing an inner thigh lift, BL, and arm lift for my 2nd stage in September to hopefully wrap up my plastic needs.

Good luck!

I used a residency program at Yale and it was considered an outpatient procedure even though I was under for 10 hours,  I had an extended tt with muscle tightening and a neck lift at the same time.  I had an addition surgery a year and a half later of my arms and a revision to my neck lift.  I am trying to imagine having the arms and tt done together, I don't think it would have been an issue.  I will never touch my breasts so I cannot comment on that, but when my surgeon was talking about what I really needed done he said never to do breast lifts with tt because they are fighting each other.  It is obviously a non-issue for me, but if I was considering it I like the idea of having it all done at once, instead of waking up thinking **** now I need this done because that now looks good.  I went home after both procedures and stayed alone with absolutely no problems, it is a lot but it seems like it might be worth it.
