Hi all,

I am 2 years post op and I am looking to start the plastics journey.  I've lost 99 pounds and I don't have a ton of excess skin but the skin I do have has began to become irritated and cause slight rashing.  Is there anything that I should know as I begin this journey?  Any suggestions on location a surgeon in my area?  I contacted my weight loss surgeon but the plastics person that they work with is nowhere near my home and I would prefer to not have to travel all the way to that hospital and her office.  Any tips you can provide as I begin this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Loving my new life and all the wonderful things that go with it, on to my next journey!  99 pounds down and about 10 more to go but it has been a heck of a ride...

Keep track of rashes, take pictures, and keep track of  doctor visits and prescriptions.  I had 1 1/2 yrs of pictures, prescription proof, and  doctors visits, and my panni is covered under insurance.

I am paying for what was not covered as

I am getting full corset-trunkplasty (www.corsettrunkplasty.com) and thigh lipo, as well as lap supracervical hysterectomy at the same time.  My surgery date is May 16th.

I am 20 months post op RNy, but had lost 90 lbs on my own before RNY.
