Congrats on your surgery! So happy that you are pleased with your results. I'm going to open this question to the board as well but I can ask you here. Was there a need to remove any of the extra skin?

I was a DD prior to surgery. Currently I still get DD bras and I'm able to fill them in with all of the boobage skin I have. I want to be a C cup because I want to be proportionate HOWEVER I already look like I have little to no cleavage when I have on my clothing. I don't know how that is going to work out and if I should ask for a C or D cup.

I believe he removed a little of the extra skin.  If you have implants under the muscle, you tend to look a little smaller.  I think in most clothes, I probably look like a C.  Certain tops and bathing suits I look more like a D.   I had hoped for a D, and showed him pics of what I'd like to end up looking like.  He got it right.   Some people go in with a particular CC implant in mind.  I let the doctor decide since he's the expert.  He tried several and choose what would give me the look I wanted.   Many people wish they went bigger (boobie greed), so you may want to have him/her go for the higher end of the range of what looks good.  I wanted to be proportionate too, and my doctor did great.  Here's a great place to research.  You have to be a regular member to view pics...I still can't as I haven't posted often enough yet.  It's interesting to read other people's stories.

I'm so excited for you!  The thought of plastics to finish off this journey is the best.

I got a consultation at Kaiser which i just could not afford.  I was so happy to find Dr. Sauceda!  He uses an epidural with twighlight sleep which allows him to operate longer.  I had all of my surgery at the same time and I'm so happy that it was one surgery/recovery instead of four or five.

My surgery price included five nights in a clinic, then six nights in a hotel where he came to visit me daily. He also sent a nurse daily to bathe me and change my dressings.  The care could not have been better.  I felt really safe in Mexico.

Dr. Sauceda is doing consultations in Las vegas on June 1 and 2.  He has a group here on OH if you'd like to come join us.

First let me say that you look great!! I'll have to look into Dr. Sauceda. I hope to have my arms and breast done within the next couple of months but would definitely like to have my lower body work done in one visit (once I lose more weight). It sounds like your received superb care, I really like that!

The care provided by Dr. Sauceda and his team was amazing.  Please feel free to come join us on the Dr. Sauceda group and just hang out.  That will give you a good idea of whether you might like to consider him in the future.

I went the route of a teaching hospital. The doctor that did my procedure had 15 years of surgical experience the last 7 strictly doing plastics. He had alot of experience with weight loss patients as I know of three other people in my local support group that used him. There was an attending doctor who is board certified supervising the procedure. I felt I was in great hands and had alot of attention.
I did have consults with some independent practices. They were all pricey the teaching hospital was a 1/4 of the price.

I went in with two priorities my Breasts and my stomach. The doctor told me that the LBL would be a better choice for me as it would give me the best result Vs. a Tummy Tuck alone. Two other doctors told me the same thing. His approach was a little different as he convinced me to change my priorities. I originally wanted to do the breast first. But he convinced me to do the LBL first as it would give me the best results and minimize the possibilities of a revision.

Five months ago I had the LBL and next month I'm going back for my breast. I'm very happy with the LBL and can't wait for the next step.

The hospital I went to is Nassau University Medical Center in NY.
