2 months until LBL + chest reduction plus surgeon selection (and the need of a butt!)

How do they split it?  Do they do front separate from back?  Do they remove the pannus, then go back and tighten everything later?  I can't even imagine how they would do it in 2 procedures.

They'd do the abdominoplasty first (which supercedes the paniculectomy) and then the butt/thigh lift later.

Interesting...I did not know that.  Did you see the video on YouTube that Mr.SmileyFL made about his chest reduction?

The two consults that I had, both surgeons would do the LBL (abdomen, outer thigh, mons, and butt lift) but the inner thigh lift would be a separate procedure. The explanation that I was given, is that they didn't want to keep people under anesthesia for an extended length of time, as well as concern for increased risk of complications.

 My surgeon does the front n back seperate also ,he says that u get a better result, u have to pull tight from the front and pull tight from the back , when I had the front done he pulled it so tight he told md I had to walk huntched over in the front an when he did my back I had To stand as straight as I could  I had itdone 3 1/2 years ago n when I lay perfectly flat I can still feel my abdominal muscles pull
