Plastic Surgery Health Insurance

Someone on the board mentioned that their doctor required PS insurance. I have been looking into some companies, well, one I found. The guidlines of what they will cover is very strict. I would like to hear from others that found PS insurance, good or bad so that I can make an educated descision for which one to buy. Also, do you have to buy it so many weeks or months in advance of your surgery?

 I had it with my ps.  My surgeon required it.  It cost  me about 250 dollars.  It wasn't an option and it gave me peace of mind.  I didn't have any idea what company it was, they set the whole thing up.  If u can find it I would say go for it...is was well worth the peace of mind.
