My plastic surgeons office is offering cool sculpting where they freeze the fat has anyone had this done. I had a LBL/TT BA/BL two years ago wish I had waited a little longer I have a few inches of bach fat and love handles that I would likr to take care of and was hoping this method of freezing would help just curious and hopeful to hear from some one who had it done and their results
Thanks

My docs office advertises this.

It was not an option for me be ause I had mostly excess skin and not fat to be removed.

I have not researched it for that reason, so don't know what the results are like.

I actually heard about this last week from and RN who works for a group of surgeon. She knkws of a few people who have done it and said the results were really good. For someone who has already had plastics...it may be worth investigating!

The clinical results of the "cool sculpting" (Zeltiq) have been kind of underwhelming. When the technology is discussed at our meetings it's not really well reviewed. There is still no magic wand for spot treatment of fatty areas, while the older radiofrequency (RF) machines tend to work better at tightening then the ultrasound or freezing machine.
