Now these are some good TT results
No I paid for muscle tightening, I do nothing to loosen them, like exercise. No exercise outside of walking, thats all I have ever done. They are still nice and hard. I told my bf I had rock hard abs and he was like you didn't say that, I said hell yeah I paid for them I am claiming them as mine. I don't care how I came by them. lol
I'm so glad I asked! I had mine tightened as well and they are rock hard. I do have some skin on the sides that I was hoping to tighten with lateral crunches. Is that something I should not do?
I walk, hike, Zumba, yoga and light arm weights.
Please tell me what you knw. I don't want to screw up my super tight abs!
Thanks Heidi!

Lee, I would think what you are doing plus the Pilates would help to keep the muscles tightened. Crunches by themselves aren't all that effective. It takes additional and different types of exercises and good nutrition (which we already do). My trainer turned me on to Oxygen magazine for women. It has a lot of resistance, weight training, and clean eating information. A few times/year they come out with their Collector's edition. This month their special ABS edition is out on the newstands. It is GREAT and validated a lot of what my trainer and other fitness classes have me do. Check some of the grocery stores that carry magazines. Not all stores carry it, but just look around. I bought it at my local Raley's store.
