Anyone have a spare shoulder i could use

 Well i have done two online consults. first consult stated that from the pictures that i would need a lbl and a brazillian butt lift and as well as bl/ba with scar extending around the sides to get the extra skin there.  he also stated that if i was to go with him that these two proceedures would not be done at the same time due to it being too much on the body.. so i was like well thank you and quote me a price for the lbl/bbl because that is the worse so far for me ( i can deal with dro0py boobies for a while longer) 

second consult told me that due to the fact that i dont weigh 180 lbs. right now that he would suggest a gastric bypass surgery and any of the other type gb surgeries. so unless i am at 180 he wont perform the surgery. ( i never wanted to be at 180 in the begining honestly.) both doctors are in mexico so im kinda depressed right now can anyone else suggest doctors that wont cost 3 vital organs and 4 ribs to do ps?

the thing withthe first doc the price quoted is only good for 2months if i have not paid in full ( money is a issue) the deal is off the table...sigh...

any advice would be great

 I used Dr. Sauceda in Mexico and highly recommend him.  You can see the procedures that I had in my signature.  Dr. S uses an epidural and twilight sleep so that he can operate longer.

He will be doing consultations in Las Vegas on June 1st and 2nd.

I was 203 when I had my anchor cut circumferential and my surgeon did not say a word. Unless someone is paying for it, it's your decision.

 No NO NO lol let me clarify that,

I was 205 got prego oct 2010 had baby oct 2011 weight stated at 242. If i was still employed ( used to be a probation officer a lot of field work kept me active it was my exercise) I am currently 242 due 2 unemployment.  one doc is telling me i need to have gastric bypass at 242. my body frame and shape  i dont look 242.. i am 5 ft 9 and broad shouldered. anywhoo. the other doc said he can do the  lbl.bbl with the recovery stay of one week and anestesia all for 6000.00 but what hurts mehere this does not include compression garments or medication.  or the lab work which i have to get done before even settin gup appt. i have to pay 3000 up front and bring the other 3000. when i come to have the surgery and the price quoted to me is only if i do it in the 2months from the date of the quote which was march 2012.. Does anyone know of any other doctors that ican get an onlince consultation from? i am new at this search. 

 SIDE NOTE: I WAS NEVER in a major battle to go to 180 like the bmi charts state is the "proper" weight" for my height. I was happy round 205 or 215.. i just had alot of annoying azz skin.. that mademe have to buy size 14 pants that i knew i could have been in a smaller size if the skin was gone..
