I went from a 10 on my day of surgery, to either a 6 or an 8, depending on the cut. But, my whole shape is changed. I was a pear my whole life, and now I have a flat tummy, and no roll at all. I used to wear A-line skirts and dresses because my big tummy roll would always protrude out - either a roll of fat before WLS, or a roll of extra skin after. Now, what looks best on me is flat front jeans, pencil skirts, straight and clingy dresses - it's a whole new world!
I didnt change sizes on the top, but mostly due to the implants I have. Medium tops fit me best. But again, differently. Before plastics, I had a hard time with button down shirts. If they fit on the top, I could never get to button them all the way down because of my tummy. Now things fit me perfectly.

I went into my circumferential lift a size 18/20 at 203 pounds, they removed 16.3 pounds of skin and fat. 5 months out and I can wear all 16's and even some 14's and I weigh 195
HW 405- Pre op weight 374- Plastics weight 203 Current weight 194
Circumferential lift/Brachioplasty November 8, 2011
16.3 pounds removed.
Revisions + Thighplasty October 23, 2012
Breast lift- Spring 2013
I did not go down a single size post-lbl. I was a 4/6 before plastics and a 4/6 after. Some things fit a little better, but I really look no different in clothes. I'd still do it again in a heartbeat. I love my tummy now!!
