I need the 411 on getting my arms done, please :)
I had a lot of work done at the same time. I don't think I had a lot of pain in my arms. I got home from Mexico two weeks post op and could reach the second shelf in my cabinets. I had put everything on the counter but it wasn't necessary.
I had my arm drains for two weeks.

I have to agree with mkbeany. I had a lot done at once (anchor tt, bl/ba, and arms), By far my arms hurt the most. I am 6 weeks out and my arms still burn - my surgeon always does lipo on arms first. Everyone is different, but I had read what a breeze arms were, so I was shocked when I was in so much pain.

I had arms done with my tt almost a month ago. I wouldn't describe the arms as painful but I have experienced wound break down/stitches popping in both arm pits. I did not lift anything, nor did I raise my arms. Once I felt the pop & that was from a benign motion of lifting my hand. Prior to the that I had been driving & believe that's what caused my problem. My ps told me that with the amount of skin that was removed this is common & nothing to be concerned with. He treated the area with silver nitrate & bacitracin & I'm continuing with the bacitracin.
This was definitely a set back, but I wouldn't trade my skinny arms for those flabby bat wings! I accept that it will take a bit longer to be 100%.
