I was wondering how long you had to wear your binder for? I am 4 weeks out and trying to decide if I need to order another one. I am able to take it off and wa**** (although it takes all day to dry). But if I am going to have to wear it a long time then I am going to have to order another one or get something different. Suggestions

I would talk to your PS.  Mine started increasing my time that I didn't wear my bind at 5 weeks

That is a question for your individual surgeon and his preference.

Mine was for 3 weeks at which time he told me to switch to Spanx-type garments with firm control.

I am 2 months out and I still wear mine 24/7.  I do have 2 but I could have gotten by with 1 because I wash and then dry it...does fine with that.  Can't you dry it in the dryer..then you wouldn't have to get another one.
