I agree with the others, start the process sooner than later. It may take you time to find the surgeron you like, and it could take a while to get in for the series of appointments, let alone booking the surgery.
I'd also highly recommend you start doing core and strength training now, it will make your recovery process so much easier and you'll be ahead of the game toward looking good with the new contouring. I had a BA along with the LBL & TT and being able to stand up and sit down without using my arms, pec & chest muscles not only prevented a lot of unnecessary pain, but allowed that area to heal faster. I'm fortunate to have a really good trainer who has worked with people who've had PS before & after, so he knew what areas to focus on the most. I credit him for getting me ready for my surgery and my husband for getting me through it!
