Thanks everybody :] Since I now can stand straighter, back is much better, but looks and feels like binder is rubbing my tummy raw.  I've ordered a new binder that's in three pieces, for a shorter torso, so hopefully that will help.
Swelling has gone done with the s-face lift, however ears and under my chin are still on the numb side.  Arm lifts are healing good and starting to itch, but still have sore spots.  Cause of the arm and face issues it make washing long hair a pain in the butt!!

Hope everyone has a grat day!

I always wear a camasole under my binder..it is much more comfortable that way and doesn't bother my skin at all.  I would try something under it..even an old tshirt.

I've been wearing a Cass minimizer cami for the most part, it holds everything in place much better than the binder has been.   I originally put it on so I could wash my binder and it seems so much more effective, I've just continued wearing it.  I'll get my surgeon's blessing tomorrow but I used similar garments after my orginal RNY and that surgeon was more than happy with it.
