Pre-surgery workout

I've been doing Pilates almost every mornng for the past four years and I know that was a big reason why my recovery from an extended TT and extended thigh lift went pretty well.  I never needed help getting in and out of bed and I could stand straight the day after the surgery and I was in my late 50s when I had the surgeries.
