Standing up straight?
I was 3 weeks plus until I was upright after my abdominoplasty. Then from my LBL (I had a lot of back work) I was fairly straight the whole time. With time I was able to naturally move upright. A few things to try, b/c my back killed me from day 1 on....a heating pad, spray icy hot, walk with a walker (it will allow you to take some pressure off your back), also arnica monica gel.
I may have had a few extra potholes along the way, but the journey has been good!

It does help with swelling and bruising and I have found that it over all helped with soreness....
Also, pineapple is supposed to help. Whether it really does or not I don't know, but....I did not take/eat pineapple after my abdominoplasty and I had a ROUGH time. I did take and eat a lot of pineapple after my LBL and had the smoothest recovery ever.
I am going to be honest as well, eating is the last thing I wanted to do, but if you really increase your protein you will find recovery to go much smoother. If you are not eating protein then drink water (or SOMETHING)! I found that drinking isopure (I know it tastes gross, but you eventually get over it) was a lifesaver for me.

I think you're perfectly normal. It was probably close to 8 weeks before I felt like I was standing straight. Hang in there!!
