CeltiCare insurance?

So I've tried finding the information online, tried calling my insurance, and I can't get an answer. Has anyone had a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty and had it covered by CeltiCare Insurance? I'm 7 1/2 years postop, I keep getting rashes under my pannus (yes I am going to the doctor each time to get it documented) and I am so utterly sick of all this skin!
