 Hi Everyone,
I am 3 months out, and have healed well except for the following:
I still can't lie flat on my stomach.
I still can't reach my left arm over my head
I still feel am incredible tightness in my stomach (I know, I shouldn't complain about that one!)

Anyone do yoga to help with these issues?  I'm scared to just jump into yoga without seeing if anyone has gone this route with success?

Thanks for your input!

We had surgery the same week.

My arms work fine, no issues. I was able to raise my arms to put on a tshirt the week after surgery.

Laying flat on my tummy hurts because my breasts were done.

My tightened ab muscles are very tight.  They still hurt at times.  This week they've been more tender for some reason.

I'm cleared to do yoga and Pilates, but the fat transfer to my tush makes it uncomfortable for me to lay on the floor.  I'm using my Pilates resistance band to exercise my arms.

You might need a little physical therapy to help with you range of motion?  Have you discussed with your surgeon?

I am tight on my hip area and tummy too.. I have been going to weekly massage for the past 4 weeks.. I was told after 6 months.. things will continue to loosen up and stretch.. I coughed/sneezed today that I felt something ( i assume a stitch) pop. I grabbed my stomach in fear..nothing happened. I hope nothing comes loose inside..

I am glad to say I finally fit in to a size 10.. most of the swelling has subsided..
