Well it is six weeks for me yesterday!! I feel really good about what is going on I am stil sore at times I guess it the nature of my job. I am a preschool teacher and I am in constant motion for four hours a day sitting in small chairs and lots of bending . No lifting at all just moving all the time. thisweek my ps said I can start moving into spanks or flexiees I just wanted some thoughts of which is more comfortable for a extended tt. high waisted undergarments or camosoles. Any thoughts would be great. DR. did not specify a style.

Thanks april

I wear the high waisted flexee leggings as well as the flexee camisole.  Together they are terrific support.

Yes, but I just had extensive plastic surgery. You'll see what I had done in my signature.

They are quite comfortable together. Sometimes I sleep in them. One or the other or together. I wear the camisole during the day. Today I went for a five mike walk and wore the leggings with running shorts over them. I love how they hold everything in place.

I also had an extended TT about the same time as you and I am hoping to get my binder off soon.   go see my PS Tuesday and hope to get the ok.  But I would still wear it at night.  I have been in supportive wear already.  I tried spanx and found them very uncomfortable.  So What works for me is flexees camasole on tope  and assets on the bottom .  Assets are made by spanx , you get them at target (and I ordered them on line at spanx because I couldn't find enought at target), they are cheaper and SOOO much more comfortable than spanx for me.   This is what works for me...hope it helps!

I also go to the dr. on tuesday    I have bought some flexees high wasted briefs and tried them on they dont feel as supportive as the binder I am a little nervous about coming out of the binder. I work with little ones and do a  lot of bending. I also am dealing with swelling at night. I have a target near by I wil check them out. Thanks good luck to you also.

I don't think there is any harm in wearing the binder longer..so if you feel better with it, I would keep it on.  It is very supportive.
