I have everything in place & I'm good to go in the morning. I think I've prepared everything I possible can before hand. I've been taking Colace for the past few days & I do see it starting to take effect. I took my first SinEcch tonight. I'm confident that I've done everything I can to ensure my speedy recovery! Tomorrow can't come soon enough for me!

Did your surgeon recommend the arnica?  I am scheduled for a lbl in two weeks, had a pre-op consult yesterday and asked about it.  He said that for above-the-neck procedures, he finds it very helpful.  But the way it decreases bruising is by encouraging clotting, which is not a favorable thing to do with lower body surgery, when they worry about blood clots in the leg.

I've seen a lot of ladies recommend arnica post-op for swelling and bruising, just wondering if anyone else has heard this point of view.  I've used it myself after having laser treatments on my face to help with rosacea.
