Anyone from CT have a thigh lift

 Has anyone in CT have a thigh lift? I'm from CT looking for a good ps who does this having a hard time finding a dr! Also would you happen to know if it's over by insurance I have husky d any info on thigh lift and dr would help thanks or how much it cost out of pocket. And if you've had on done how hard and painful is this I hear it very hard to heal how r u scars know. Thanks
