Chin Lipo

I wanted to share with you guys that yesterday I got my chin lipo'd.  My double chin/wattle always bothered me and so I was really excited to have something to help with that.

This was done with only a local and a special large syringe.  I'm still swollen but I swear it looks a lot better already.  The next 2 saturdays in a row I will get skin tightening treatments called Reaction to help tighten the loose skin. 

I don't expect I will have a flat chinline but I do think it will be a huge improvement.  If I'm lucky I can delay my face lift for a while or at least look better until I can get one.  I will post pictures when I am able to share them but it might be a while before I am able to get them as it will take a while for the swelling to go down and the skin to tighten up and then I have my other surgeries in 2 weeks so I won't be able to post.

Thanks for letting me share and I'd be happy to share my experience for those who have questions.

 I know how you feel about that double chin.  I hate mine and am so self concious.  Now that it is even saggier after weight loss, it has not endeared itself to me any.  That is going to be my first thing to get fixed.  I figure I can put clothes on my body to cover up the parts I don't like, but other than a brown paper bag over my head, I am stuck with showing what I have to the world.  I am also going to get my eyelids fixed because they are the most bothersome thing.  Hope your treatments are successful, but I am aftraid my skin needs more help than that.

I totally get that. I'm still not sure how much it will help but even 1 day out I believe I see a big difference. My chin looks so much smaller and less ful, although the saggy empty skin is worse because it's not full of fat. Once I get my reaction treatments I hope that will get better.

I will post before and after pictures of my results so you have an idea of what is possible. You might find that your case is not even as bad as mine and maybe you would be helped easily. You never know. I'm hoping I have great before and afters, and I'm feeling hopeful.

 Hope it works for you.  I will be watching your progress.  I would certainly prefer not to have any type surgery if I can help it.

Thank you so much for sharing! I also have skin and a waddle and thought I might have to get a neck lift. It's nice to know there are other choices. Please keep us up to date on how it goes when you get the other treatments.
