LBL so soon... and swelling question

 I am a little over a week away from my LBL!! I am very excited but also terrified.  I am just ready to get this 2nd surgery over with.  Then, I will only have one more left.  I have been cleaning my house and nesting like crazy.  Any last minute advice??

I have a random question about swelling.  I noticed that with my most recent menstrual period it felt like my arms had lots of swelling in them (I had an extended brachioplasty and BL 2 and a half months ago.) It made me think about extra swelling with my next surgery.  Do y'all think I will experience a good bit of swelling in my arms after the surgery or will the swelling stay more in the area that is being operated on this time (my torso)? How long does it normally take before the swelling goes away for good? 

I wish I could help answer your question, but I am only 2 weeks out (tomorrow).  I have noticed swelling in my arms and legs - in fact, I have gained weight (ugghhh) - I'm not sure if that is normal or what...good luck on your surgery!

 I wish I could help but I had all of my surgery together.  I have not experienced a lot of swelling, but as the weeks go on, I can see that I was swollen from the LBL in my mid section.
