surgery date
I got my corset trunkplasty and hip/thigh lipo surgery date--- May 16th. Not sure yet about getting hysterectomy at same time, as Gyn won't commit to the date yet. Either way I am getting the trunkplasty and lipo done.

I have had an uncomplicated recovery from my LBL, but I
must say it is one of the hardest physical things I have ever done. I don't know that I could have handled a hysterectomy at the same time. WOW! they are both huge surgeries. I had my hysterectomy 18 years ago. It was vaginally with an uncomplicated recovery. I was in my 20s and in good shape.
In my non-medical opinion, you really need a strong core after the hysterectomy. I would personally struggle with the abdominal tightening and the need for abdominal support post- hysterectomy. My two cents are ... do the surgeries separately and give your body time to recover in between.
I don't mean to rain on your parade. Plastics are a huge step in our WLS journeys. This is a great place for support.
