Pics for Doc's use, what would you do?

 My PS has asked if he could use my befores and afters for the website they are making.  All identifying marks would be removed.  Still, I feel funny about naked pics of me up on a public site.  I had a panni with a T-cut for a hernia repair, thigh lift and lower back lift.  What are the pros and cons and would you do it?

How do his other pics on the site look-anything identifyable? If not then I say -do it. Any financial recompense for using your pics?
I mean it ain't a playboy layout. What dies hubby think on this?

 The site is in the process of being made but I've seen his presentation.  He said they would erase/hide any identifying marks, jewelry, ...  No financial recompense.  Hubby thinks he's ok (he was there when the doc asked me) as long as no one can tell it's me.  I'm flattered, but still feel strange about it.

How are you doing anyway?  All healed I hope.

I'm supposed to see PS week before Pesach but asked to see him sooner when I'll be in the area so I'll see him 1March.
Waiting on medical review from HMO and then to be approved for the boobie job and scar revisions.

I actually want to offer my pics to my surgeon for 2 reasons:

1) I think that if he sees me as a potential advertising opportunity he might be EXTRA motivated to do his very best work with me.  Not that he wouldn't do his best anyway, but maybe just even that 110%, if you know what I mean?

2) I just don't see enough pictures of people who look like me and what their results are.. people who have lost a great deal of weight and have a pannus like mine. Too many of the pictures the people just don't seem to have dramatic results like I think mine will be.

I know that I would have appreciated being able to see more pictures of people that look like me, so it would be my way of giving to others.  Nobody is going to recognize me anyway, unless I tell them.

My surgeon used before and after photos of me for newspapers, the hospital's website and a mass mail out.  Granted my clothes were on, but there were some pre-op photos.  I considered it such a privilege.  If/when I have PS, if my surgeon(s) wanted to use my photo, it would be okay.  The ones I have seen online the photos do not show the person's face unless it is a face lift.  Is that what your surgeon will do?  Congrats...you must look amazing.

why do you black out your posts?

I don't....there is a problem with ObesityHelp and the way my computer is configured.  I am legally blind.  Some of my posts are visible, and some are not.  I have spoken to them about this.  There is never a rhyme or reason to why some post and some don't.  Thanks for letting me know.
