Binder/Compression Garment post-op
Check with your own surgeon.
They all have their preferences and there are very different schools of thought regarding postop compression.
I used a binder for 3 weeks then moved to spanx when the drains came out.

I was miserable when my Dr had me move to spanx 2 weeks after tt....I literally felt like I could not breathe for at least 2 days....but I endured and almost 4 months later I'm still wearing them. I love them! I don't feel right without them. My Dr says to wear them as long as I want....I live in Florida and when the weather gets hot I'm sure they will lose some of their appeal. Until then, spanx on!
I was in Design Veronique garments 24/7 for six weeks post op. I had a garment that went from my calves to my breasts because I had my thighs done with my LBL. I also had a bra/arm combo at the same time.
As everyone else has said, every surgeon has different requirements so best to check with him/her.
Good luck!!
