finally normal!!
A normal BMI that is!! I am not sure that I have been a normal BMI for atleast 21 years (the age of my oldest son)..and now 3 weeks after my plastics, I am !! This am I was 154 lbs on the scale and at 5'6" that makes me a normal BMI. I have lost 6 lbs total since plastics...and that makes me love my plastics all the more!

I came home from Mexico and was a normal BMI for the first time since around 1976. It was a thrill to not only be home in my own space but to finally after all this time see a normal BMI! I know how good you're feeling this morning. :)

Isn't that an awesome bonus? Congrats. It really is an amazing road we travel with this process. I am still "overweight" per BMI, but that is a far cry from super morbidly obese. I'll take it.
