?? A Lot of ??? and need advice and help

Ok where do I begin Im new here and thankful I had gastric bypass surgery back in 2005  yes its been awhile and I regain about 25 pounds planning a strick diet which has already started so Im working on going back to what I was a other thing is this extra skin is a big problem for me emotional and physcial wise my insurance wont cover it and I can not get a doctor to write its something that needs to be done for my mental state they truly do not care but that is the military insurance in the mean time I have lived with this extra skin on my stomach the most is killing me is there any programs that I could get it done cheap myself out of pocket not going to mexico or a forgein country????


And since we our military Im always moving and this time Im headed to Georgia currently in Va right now and need some guidence Im getting my doctor before I leave who is a very good doctor to write how the excess skin removal would benefit me and my long term life mental and emotonal she is good at doing what I ask for letters she already sent me to a plastic surgerion which that appointment was no charge but then they told me that tricare wont cover my excess skin because its not enough skin to remove i need more to hang they said sad and well I wonder is there any Resdenicy programs and if so how do those work im sorry for all the questions as this is truly hurting me and bothering me big time I need to take action to get my life back before I loose to many more years of locking myself up in the house because of my excess skin please help with my questions which is basicly


1. How does a Resident program work where school students work on you?
2.  Any inexpensive plastic surgerions in the state of Georgia?
3.  If I do get a letter from a doctor saying its medical nescarry to have the removal of the excess skin do you think I should fight it with my insurance company??


I truly just need some help Im in consuling for this all my WEIGHT or I should say my EXCESS skin has caused me a lot of problems i did not know until I started talking about it thank you 
 

Go a week back on the plastic surgery forum, and you will find a thread where a person posted links to residency programs around the US.  I think Georgia was one listed.  Also if you go to the upper right hand corner you can do a search about residency programs and will find a lot of useful info as well.  That is what I did.  I wish you the best.

 Thank you Dassie I did find the list and wrote a THANK YOU to the person who created a true blessing now i will hunt and find what I need I do feel thou my insurance should cover my excess skin removal but I can not fight them anymore and I have saved up already 5,000 dollars of my own money to get something done its finding someone to help me get what I want or help me with this situation
