sex??

Good morning,

just wondering...how long did people wait to start having sex again!  I have a very patient husband who was a very good nurse to be the first 5 days at home...and I can tell that he is alittle overdue if you know what I mean.  but I am still so sore...I just can't imagine!  any thoughts??

I asked my PS this question with DH in the room. He said 4-6 weeks.

I can give you my husbands standard crude answer and pray you are not offended. 

He would ask , "Is there anything wrong with your mouth?"

haha.... just sent a cartoon saying the same thing to my boyfriend. I must say THAT was harder for me because of having to bend my body in s certain way, if you know what I mean. 

I agree with Laura.. that involves more coordination too.

I waited 8 weeks, which was easy because my boyfriend lives out of town. Me on top or him from behind worked best for me.

Patty, I know I am an outlier, but we really didn't wait much longer than 5 days. He was very gentle and we kept my compression suit on. It was easier with me on top, too. We are a 2-3 times a day couple, so I cannot imagine waiting 4 - 8 weeks. 

Just be careful and if it hurts or pulls on your incisions, stop. And certainly don't forget that you can use your hands and mouths to pleasure each other if traditional sex isn't an option, as well as toys.

Waited 4 weeks, ..

I found laying on my side and hubby coming from behind most comfy.. I didnt want any weight on my tummy or back.. my TT incision  is like 270 degrees around.. No compression garment just cute lingerie
