After having my arms done (and a breast lift/no implants), I have had lots of people tell me that I look 15-20 pounds smaller -- without any real weight loss.
Having a smaller upper body fits with my face and my shoulders and my 'trunk' -- I am so glad I did it.

I agree that the arms are much harder to hide. Much like with my thighs, if my arms were smaller I could wear a smaller size shirt, but for now they are too tight in the arms.
We'll see what the doctor has to say. The almighty dollar may be the deciding factor, but hopefully I can swing it.
