Week 4 follow up

I had my 4 week follow up with  my PS today. One of nipples is ovalish the other more round.. PS said after everything is finished healing.. he can correct it in his office if I'm not happy with it.. okay.. I'm how in the heck are you gonna do that exactly? I didnt ask I will wait to see how things settle first.

My right boob is higher and harder than the left.. waiting to see if more massage helps..

My tummy swollen.. I have to make sure to wear binder/compression all the time.. which I do. I think I have to walk more..

PS said I can wear any bra.. I have chosen my former favorite sports bra..

PS said I can use Vit E on scars and any lotion on my skin.. yes!

DH and I after 4 weeks of no bonding.. finally successfully enjoyed each other without splitting a stitch or incision.. I even put on lingerie..

Glad to hear how you are doing. I'm still struggling with drains and pains. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

So glad to hear that u r doing so good.  Do u still gave a lot of tummy swelling and muscle pain after 4 weeks?

Ps...did u get ok to exercise yet or do u have to wait a few more weeks?

No exercise.. just walking.. lots of swelling.. but doc said not to worry.. just walk more drink more water.. consistent compression..he said swelling depends on the body..etc.. bright side.. no infection.. no seroma.. swelling will subside on its own.. incisions are healing well.. 

I  am not feeling pain but pulling some times.. its fine.. nominal at best..

So glad to hear you are doing well. I am scared to think of intimacy right one. LOL.

Glad you are doing so well!  My PS told me the same about my breasts - may need a little revision in the office after we see how things turn out. Right now, that is the LAST thing I want to hear because Im not finished healing up from this time around.  Maybe in a couple of months, we can see.
