Should I get Lipo? Tummy picture included.
Have u thought of getting another opinion?
I am about your age and weight. (I am 49 yrsvold and 155 lbs ). I just had a full tummy tuck and back lipo. My surgeon said that I too had very good skin. R u able to pinch your fat and exta skin with your hands?...I could before and no amount of exercise would get that off. I would hate to see u spend that much money on lipo if u would be happier with a tummy tuck. Just a thought. Good luck

Hi again Trisha,
If u are able to grab a big handful of tummy then I just wonder if u would not be happier with a tummy tuck. By the way...I found the lipo to be much more painful. I did have it of my full back but I dd not have that much extra skin there.
I am 5'6"......I think I dd have more tummy than u but I am not sure tons more. I am two weeks post surg...and I do have pix that I am happy to share with u if it would help but I don't know how to post them on oh. I couldn't even figure out hw to make a pic smaller so a friend if mine dd my profile pix..but it is old and I don't think good but it's all I got! I could send them to your email. Just send me a mess with your email if that would help u.
Have u thought of another opinion...I don't think it is too late...u can usually get them very fast.
Again good luck

Trish, I would get the TT and here's why. When we have lipo but the skin doesn't get pulled in any way, it gets loose. You don't want loose hanging skin, not after paying that much money. I had extensive lipo to my thighs and saddlebags, then it was pulled up with the LBL.
Find someone that will include the lipo with a tummy tuck.
Have you seen pics of your surgeons results?
I can email you before and after LBL if you want. I think I still have your email.

Your tummy looks just like mine!, Except I have wrinkles in it, especially a triangle area above my belly button! Kinda krinkly skin, yuck for me.
I have no advice as to what you should get, but will be interested in what you do get. The responses about getting a TT make sense, get it done once and for all. But I have not researched it any, either.
Where are you having your breast lift? How is it covered under insurance? I need one SO bad!!!!! I was going to ask when I went back for my 1 year follow-up.
