binder /compression garment question
Good morning.
Man, I hated that binder. It would ride up incessantly. But I could not wear anything else that would allow my drains to come out at my hips.
At 3 weeks the drains were out and I was cleared to switch to a Spanx type thing. I bought 3 diff things. My surgeons only criteria was that they offer FIRM compression. I wore a different one every day, switching between the high ones that met my bra line (one went down on my thighs and the other did not) and I had a wear your own bra torsette, which I absolutely love!! It gives the best shaping.
I preferred the Bali brand over all. Soft, comfy and they wash well.
