lower body lift under 15k
The LBL and upper body lift to take care of the back fat are two separate procedures, from the research that I did. The LBL takes care of below the waist. It also got rid of my muffin top.
I'm sure others will respond. I may have it all wrong.

Dr Sauceda did the LBL then the UBL 4 days later on Levittown_Loser. I had the LBL, BL, arms and small thigh lift and 4 days later a full neck & face lift. Dr S did say that I needed the UBL, but it didn't bother me back then. Now, I'll be going back next Jan for my UBL. All my work including my facelift was under 20k.

Not sure where you are located, but a person just posted on another link about her experience with a body lift in Kansas that cost her 8,500 through a residency program. She posted towards the end of the thread...

Lower body lift gives you a circumferential incison that provides:
- extended tummy tuck
- butt lift
- outer thigh lift
- some docs make sure it addresses the mons area too
You will gain improved appearance in the area from your ribcage downwards towards your bellybutton. How much improvement depends upon your skin/tissue/bodyshape and your surgeon.
As Lee said, the LBL does not address upper back fat. There are procedures that can address the side of chest fat/bra roll or other problems. Best bet is to talk to your surgeon(s).
