Lol, I laughed about your comment about not wanting the 'open look' on the menu.  I feel the same way. I told my doc that I don't mind a little air down there once in a while, but I don't want fulltime ventilation.

The PS I saw in this country weekly told me that I have no more seromas. He did this without touching me and by standing across the room just looking at me.  Amazing! In Australia  some of the docs have ultrasound vision.  When pressed, he gave me an order for an ultrasound with an appointment for that in 30days.  I'll see my Houston doctor in early Feb so I will just sort it out then. At least I don't hurt and my wounds are almost closed now.  And I didnt have to have an infusion like some people I know!!!

LOL! Gotta love ultrasound vision. He could make millions! I thought mine were gone, but it seems the one on the left is refilling since I'm getting that tell-tale swoosh when I press it. The right side seems good still. I am getting an order for an ultrasound tomorrow--I'm done with the guessing game. If it costs me $$$ then I'll deal with it. Having gotten all my aftercare thus far for free has been a huge savings so I'll spend it getting some peace of mind!

Glad the wounds are healing. And glad you don't need an infusion like some people we know! LMAO!

Take care!

My right implant won't drop so he said he has to go in and extend the pocket. At that time, he is going to revise the lift and get me a bit more lift than I have. Sounds weird--need to drop but need to lift. What fun--NOT!

Don't freak, it won't help and won't make you feel better.  Visualize perfection.  It just might take a little while Mchelle.

Definitely don't freak. It can take a couple months to drop. Maybe ask your surgeon about if they think a strap would be a good idea. I've read a lot about if you are right handed (or left--you'll get the point), your right implant tends to drop later because you use that muscle so much more and things are tighter. I've done stretching, strapping, massage and still nada. Being 4 months out I am likely outside the window of any of that helping.

Hang in there--it'll happen for you. I've just been the Queen of bad luck with this surgery. My luck is about to change though--I can just feel it!

Denise, I had the thigh lift your speaking of. My Doc called it a mini medial thigh lift crescent cut. It is apx 10-12 inches long and is in the groin area and wraps between the legs to the back of the butt. I had one opening at the butt end that healed great with no help other than bacitracin ointment. I,m happy with the lift and had the same laxness your describing. I've got pics up that show pre and post. Password is plastic. Birthday suit with a sock. View at your own risk!!!
