Tricare and loose skin causing pain

 I was just wondering if anyone has used Tricare for plastics before.  I am having problems as of late with the extra skin on my inner thighs up into my crotch and the loose skin under my arms.  (of course there is that of the belly too...but that is another story).  When I walk and sit, the skin in my groin gets pinched and causes quite a bit of pain.  Then when I do spin class, the seat pinches my skin as well.  I can't seem to escape it!  As far as my arms go, it catches on my bra, but it isn't as much of an issue right now as my legs.  Has anyone had Tricare cover plastics?  Thought I would ask before I go in and make an appointment.

 I have tricare and was just approved this morning for inner thigh plastics :)  I will tell you, it was a lot of work and I am the only person to ever get approved from this office.  So I am highly excited!!
