How long did you wear your sports bra post BA/BL?
So, I wear my binder, front closure sports bra, high waisted supportive panty and flexees camisole/tank top, all day long except to take a shower.. When did you drop/change into a non-sports bra?
I feel like a mummy all wrapped up like a burrito. I know it better to have everything wrapped up but damn.. there are times in the day I feel like a sausage..

Since I had my arms done as well, I'm in a bra/arm garment combo, 24/7 for six weeks. I get the burrito feeling since I'm also in a compression garment from my calves to my bra line. I'm so ready to be done with this stuff at six weeks out. I've heard that people continue to wear them for the comfort level.

Oh Lee! LMAO.. I just finished massaging my arms and legs with arnica oil(helps with swelling/bruising) and sipping on Turmeric tea (anti inflammatory). You made me laugh.. I think I'll have this on until the 6 weeks mark.. oh well.. I did some walking today but my outer thighs were hurting so tomorrow..will be a recovery day..

I'm a year + out from my BL/BA - and I still wear a sports bra to bed - figure I will forever - its just more comfortable. I didn't for the last 2 nights and was sore this morning.
I stopped wearing a bra at all about 3 months out and got very sore - found I woke up at night supporting one breast or another while sleeping - hence the sports bra now. I'm sure others don't - just works for me.
Now - I CAN wear clothes without a bra and be fine with it - I have several shirts that work good without a bra... and that's fine for awhile - its just at night when I'm laying down.

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Initially they were both high, but both have settled nicely to a natural state. I have silicone under the muscle and absolutely love them!
