LBL scar questions

 Hi! I'm about two weeks post op from my LBL and I really love the results, but I'm worried that the scar above my bottom may be too high. I mean its only about an inch higher than the top of my butt, but I've seen pictures where people's look way lower. I would like to wear a bikini this summer but I'm worried after all this my scar might be too high to do that. I trust my surgeon completely, but did anyone else have this fear/problem and were you able to wear bikinis? I know worst case I'll love my results either way, but I guess some reassurance would be great!!! Thank you guys for all your help during this time! 

I suppose if the scar is too high.. you could have the scar revised.. I heard someone on this board talking about it...

 I thought the same thing but then was amazed when I tried on a bikini Nd it  covered try it I'll keepmy fingers crossed for you

Around week 3, I made sure my wounds were covered so I wouldnt ooze. I went to the department store and tried on a bikini and also some sexy panties.  I was surprised and relieved to see that my scar was totally covered.

I didn't buy anything because I know I am still swollen and am probably not at my final size.

I'm one month out today.  When  I had my consult I was afraid I wouldn't be able to have a LBL because my butt crack is really high.  Dr. Sauceda said it wasn't and I could have one with no problem.  The other day I tried on a thong to see where the scar went and it was just fine.  I don't intend to wear a thong bathing suit so no worries.  At 61, I haven't worn a two piece suit since I was 18 so it may be something I never do again.  At your age I can really understand wanting that bikini!!

 hey hey hey Miss Lee, what do you mean "that age"  you realllllly look young and good.  Wear that bikini!!!  Can i ask ? how much are LBL?

 I had lots of procedures done which makes the price go down.  Email pics in undies, front back sides arms etc.  anything you'd like done and you will get suggestions and a quote.  I paid 1/3 of what kaiser wanted for the package and had one recovery, not four.
