Grabbing skin still?

I had an extended tummy tuck done almost 4 months ago.  It looks alot better then before with all that ugly loose skin GONE....BUT...I kind of thought my stomach would be tight.  Standing up I can pull loose skin and it's wrinkly, bending over I can do the same thing.  Anyone else have this problem?  I don't know if I expected more because I feel I deserve a TIGHT belly with all the pain and everything we all went through with our WLS and plastics.  I can't complain because it is alot better then pre-op....I thought I needed a LBL but doctor said extended would correct all my concerns, so I agreed....Ummm my hips have so much fat still on them...just so discouraged with my results but I will live with what I have, I have so much to be thankful for I can't complain I guess.

I just had tt and brachioplasty on Friday so I can't give you too much advice except that you should probably talk to your surgeon.  You may need a revision to get the results that you have earned. Just remeber how far you have come already!

    I have a friend who is a beautician.....she has a plaque up that says " I am a beautician, not a magician".
I have been trying to keep this in my mind during this plastic surgery journey. I will be 2 weeks out from my tummy tuck and thigh lift. I am still really swollen and will be for a while. I know I am 1000% better than before surgery, but I can already tell that it is not going to be completely flat. My thighs look so fat from the swelling, but not saggy anymore. I have know idea what they will look like after the swelling goes down. I am almost scared to know.
I hope I will be happy with my results but only time will tell. Then I will have to see if a revision is worth the time, money and pain. I never hoped or wanted to be "working" a bikini....I am not a bikini kind of girl......I am just tired of "stuffing" myself into my jeans....lol

I sort of feel that way about my brachio... I'm only 3 wks post-op tomorrow, but I can tell for the most part how they'll look... and they're 'okay,' not great. I look like an average 31-yr-old with bad arms rather than like a circus freak (as I looked before). I don't think I would have gotten a better result with a different surgeon... I just think there are limits to reconstructive surgery. That said, even my surgeon thinks I need a revision under my arm (side boob), so maybe you need a revision too?

I've also got a theory... at least as far as arms go, but it might apply to other areas... Brachio patients tend to look droopy again again a few weeks post op as the swelling goes down... but I also think it's because if you're stuck babying your arms (or whatever body part it might be) all the muscle atrophies and isn't there to fill up the skin anymore... I'm hoping that's the case anyway. Maybe as you can build up abs again, you'll get tighter?
