I am out 3 weeks as of today for my BL and one side reduction.  I lov my C cup and so can not wait to go buy C size bras.  I am pretty healed up. Just 2 very small scabs left at the junction point .  My breasts are so perky. For once in my life, I can wear a tank top and not have to hold my breast b/c they were hanging and swinging...lol

Its athletic yet sexy

I hear you! I was worried about the C cup - would it be enough or would I want implants? But I'm happy with my athletic look and perky girls!! And those times when I want VAVOOM? Victoria's secret does a great job!!

I started to wear a regular, non-underwire bra around 3-4 weeks. Any earlier and that would have been too painful for sure. Probably at least 6 weeks for the underwire, and not all day. I didn't want to "poke" my nice, flat incisions since I tend to go keloid...

I haven't ever gone keloid so hopefully won't now either.  I too love the athletic look.  I'm so happy I didn't get implants.  Erica, when I met with Dr Sauceda for my consult the night before surgery, I showed him your breasts and told him I'd be happy with how yours look.  He said good with some minor changes that he had in mind but he got my drift about size and shape.

Did yours get smaller post op as the swelling went down?

They did a bit.  They were quite full at the top with swelling, and I've lost some of that as the swelling left.  But cup size they didn't really get smaller...if that makes sense...

I know right?  How great to put on a tank under my binder and catch that glimpse in the mirror without the binder.  So do they stay this perky later?  I sure hope so.  I'm wondering how much swelling I might still have.

 Awesome is right!

I am so not into feeling this pain.  I want it all to be over already.  I can't imagine wearing a bra that hurts at all.  But maybe that's what being 61 does for you.....  Years of various pain from things that didn't fit right...... Not anymore thanks!   I'm all about comfort now.
