I did it through my dentist with an overnight thing called pearlescent. It cost about $200.00. You get a fitted mouth piece and the bleaching gel. Also you can get refill of the bleach when you need. About once a year for $20.00. I had amazing results. Total strangers will compliment me on my teeth!

My dentist had two options. The first was $600 for the one treatment in the office.

The second was for the home kit which was $400. I choose the Home kit. They created a mold of my teeth to create a tray. Then they gave me this gel to put into the tray. I had to wear the tray for an hour a night for two weeks. Had amazing results.

You can also get the dentist strength bleach to use in bleaching trays on Ebay for under 20 bucks.

Crest Whitestrips do work, but you have to make sure to use them daily for a couple of weeks.
