Complications... How far out?
Lee, I'm also 4 weeks PO and it's killing me not lifting in the gym. Before my surgery on12-8 I put my gym membership on hold for 2 months. I think I'm just going to do cardio until that time. There is really no hurry for the weights and toning, I think it will not take long to get most of the muscle tone back that you had gained pre-surgery. I really don't want a major setback or complication when another 4 weeks will allow for healing to be more complete. Glad your doing well. Hope everything occupation wise is good for now. Hi Steve, yesterday was my most difficult day. I think that feeling better makes it to easy to do a little more. I see a "wet" spot on my garment on my back this morning. I'm afraid to ate off my garment and look. It was my first night back in my bed and I'm afraid I may have turned wrong. :(
