It looks like you might have to invest in a "grabber"..so will I. Eventhough, I didnt have an LBL, I still feels the pull in the front for some reason..

I had to laugh Michelle.  My son has been here for the last 10 days visiting me and helping keep me amused.  This morning as he headed to the airport I thought "there goes my grabber"!  :)

Lee, I'm also 4 weeks PO and it's killing me not lifting in the gym. Before my surgery on12-8 I put my gym membership on hold for 2 months. I think I'm just going to do cardio until that time. There is really no hurry for the weights and toning, I think it will not take long to get most of the muscle tone back that you had gained pre-surgery. I really don't want a major setback or complication when another 4 weeks will allow for healing to be more complete. Glad your doing well. Hope everything occupation wise is good for now.  Hi Steve,  yesterday was my most difficult day.  I think that feeling better makes it to easy to do a little more.  I see a "wet" spot on my garment on my back this morning. I'm afraid to ate off my garment and look.  It was my first night back in my bed and I'm afraid I may have turned wrong.  :(

Lee- I have this unique technique I have been using my toes to grab, then pull the item to knee level and then use my hands to pick up the item..so far so good.. I am sure this technique involves at least one Yoga pose..

 Anytime sweetie.  I miss my Pilates so much!  I base my recovery on how high I can lift my knee.  The thigh lift definitely putting a damper  on my flexibility !
