crunches
I was cleared about 9-10 weeks post op. I started hitting crunches about 3 times a week, I haven't really seen any results. If you start them and start seeing results, let me know what works for you and how much you are doing. Currently I try to go 2-3 times a week about 200 per exercise session, but I mix it up to by doing lower abs and upper abs. Best of luck to you.
