In Costa Rica for my facelift
I am finally here! After a month's postponement since having my gallbladder removed, I am here in the recovery house. I have an appt this evening with the doctor to discuss what should be done. I am on the fence about a forehead lift as he only does a coronal incision and I have a high forehead to begin with; I don't want to end up looking like Elizabeth I. My eyes are good so I know I'm leaving them alone but my neck is sagging and my lower face has melted since the fat went out of it. I am having fillers in the nasolabial lines. They will last about six months and if I like how I look I'll get a fat transfer done later. I'm so excited--I never thought I would have a face lift but I lost so much volume after my weight loss that I look really old and I'm only 56.

Who are you seeing? I went to Ronald Pino down there, and have many issues, that he decided to not follow up with.
Just a word of warning. If there is a problem, you will NOT be able to reach him, and the clinic is locked with a guard, so you can't even go there unless he lets you in. I wish I were the only person who has had issues with him, but unfortunately I'm not.
Hopefully you are seeing Araya. I hear he does the best faces.
